【摘要】：背景:將短種植體應用于后牙區(qū)單顆牙缺失修復,臨床上已有較多應用,當上下頜缺牙數(shù)較多時,將短種植體應用于種植固定橋的效果如何?目的:觀察種植雙端固定橋采用短種植體修復的效果。方法:選擇43例后牙區(qū)多牙缺失患者,其中男26例,女17例,年齡44-67歲,均采用短種植體進行雙端固定橋修復,種植體植入后2年,隨訪觀察種植體成功率、牙槽嵴骨吸收量及種植體并發(fā)癥。結果與結論:共植入92枚短種植體,其中上頜植入44枚,下頜植入48枚,種植體長度介于6-8 mm之間;2枚種植體發(fā)生種植體周圍炎,種植體2年成功率為97.8%;植入后1,2年,種植體長度8 mm組、種植體長度7 mm組、種植體長度6 mm組間骨吸收量無差異;植入后1,2年,冠根比≤1組、1冠根比≤2組、冠根比2組間骨吸收量無差異;修復后出現(xiàn)烤瓷冠中央螺絲松動4例,烤瓷冠崩瓷1例。結果表明,短種植體應用于雙端固定橋修復短期內取得了較大成功,長期效果仍需觀察。
[Abstract]:Background: when short implants are applied to the restoration of single tooth loss in the posterior region, there have been more clinical applications. When there are more teeth missing in the upper mandible, what is the effect of applying short implants to the implant fixation bridge? Objective: to observe the effect of short implant on two-end implant fixed bridge. Methods: Forty-three patients (26 males and 17 females aged from 44 to 67 years old) with multiple teeth missing in posterior teeth were treated with short implants and treated with double end fixed bridge. The success rate of implants was observed after 2 years of implantation. Alveolar ridge resorption and implant complications. Results and conclusion: 92 short implants were implanted, including 44 maxillary implants and 48 mandibular implants, the length of implants ranged from 6 to 8 mm, 2 implants had peri-implant inflammation, the success rate of implant was 97.8%.
