【摘要】:正近日,口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院趙怡芳教授研究團(tuán)隊(duì)在細(xì)胞源性微囊泡研究領(lǐng)域再次取得重要進(jìn)展,相關(guān)研究成果于2016年12月22日以"Magnetic and Folate Functionalization Enables Rapid Isolation and Enhanced Tumor-Targeting of Cell-Derived Microvesicles"為題發(fā)表在國(guó)際納米研究領(lǐng)域權(quán)威期刊《ACS Nano》,該期刊2015年的影響因子為13.334。細(xì)胞源性微囊泡是以出芽方式從細(xì)胞膜上脫落的攜帶母體細(xì)胞特征性生物信息分子的納米級(jí)膜性囊泡結(jié)構(gòu),在許多生理病理學(xué)過(guò)程中充當(dāng)細(xì)胞間信息傳遞載體;诩(xì)胞源性微囊泡天然的運(yùn)載屬性和良好的
[Abstract]:Recently, the research team of Professor Zhao Yi-fang of Stomatology College has made another important progress in the field of cell-derived microcapsules. The related research results were published on December 22, 2016 under the title of "Magnetic and Folate Functionalization Enables Rapid Isolation and Enhanced Tumor-Targeting of Cell-Derived Microvesicles" in the international journal ACS Nano. The influence factor of the journal in 2015 is 13.334. The cell-derived microvesicles are nanomembranous vesicles that carry the characteristic biological information molecules of the mother cells from the cell membrane by budding.
