氟保護(hù)漆Duraphat對(duì)恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦后再礦化影響的體外研究

【摘要】:[目的]研究氟保護(hù)漆Duraphat對(duì)碳酸飲料引起恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦后再礦化的影響及作用,為碳酸飲料導(dǎo)致恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦的治療提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)和臨床參考。[方法]1.碳酸飲料對(duì)恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦作用的體外研究:選擇12歲-25歲因正畸減數(shù)拔除的前磨牙15顆,每顆離體牙制備2個(gè)釉質(zhì)切片,2個(gè)釉質(zhì)切片隨機(jī)分入A、B組,并編號(hào),每組15個(gè)樣本,分別用可口可樂(lè)(A組)和去離子水(B組)處理釉質(zhì)切片10min,取出再置于人工唾液處理1h,如此每天循環(huán)4次,共7天,整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程在37℃恒溫箱中完成后,采用掃描電鏡觀察釉質(zhì)表面形態(tài)變化,X線能譜分析恒牙釉質(zhì)表面的鈣、磷水平并分析比較其變化。2.氟保護(hù)漆Duraphat對(duì)恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦后再礦化影響的體外研究:選擇12歲-25歲因正畸減數(shù)拔除的前磨牙15顆,每顆離體牙制備3個(gè)釉質(zhì)切片,3個(gè)釉質(zhì)切片隨機(jī)分入A、B、C組,并編號(hào),A組為Duraphat組,B組為2%NaF組,C組為空白對(duì)照組,每組15個(gè)樣本。3組樣本均進(jìn)行可口可樂(lè)處理10min,取出再置于人工唾液處理1h,如此每天循環(huán)4次,共7天,A組樣本涂布Duraphat, B組樣本涂布2%NaF,C組未處理,將3組樣本置于人工唾液中7天,整個(gè)過(guò)程在37℃恒溫箱中完成,采用掃描電鏡觀察恒釉質(zhì)表面形態(tài)變化,X線能譜分析釉質(zhì)表面的鈣、磷水平并分析比較其變化。[結(jié)果]1.碳酸飲料對(duì)恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦作用的體外研究:掃描電鏡顯示可口可樂(lè)組恒牙釉質(zhì)表面粗糙,呈蜂窩狀外觀;去離子水組恒牙釉質(zhì)表面平坦。X線能譜分析恒牙釉質(zhì)表面鈣、磷水平結(jié)果顯示可口可樂(lè)組鈣:41.47±3.73,磷:18.17±0.77,去離子水組鈣:45.16±3.67,磷:18.67±0.44,鈣、磷水平兩組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.氟保護(hù)漆Duraphat對(duì)恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦后再礦化影響的體外研究:掃描電鏡顯示Duraphat組釉質(zhì)表面見大面積沉積物,2%NaF組釉質(zhì)表面見細(xì)小的沉積物,人工唾液組釉質(zhì)表面見少許沉積物。X線能譜分析3組恒牙釉質(zhì)表面鈣、磷水平結(jié)果顯示Duraphat組鈣:39.72±3.94,磷:18.24±0.47;2%NaF組鈣:39.54±2.40,磷:17.70±0.71;空白對(duì)照組鈣:36.85±2.87,磷:17.70±0.71。鈣、磷水平Duraphat組和空白對(duì)照組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),鈣水平2%NaF組和空白對(duì)照組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),磷水平2%NaF組和空白對(duì)照組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),鈣、磷水平Duraphat組和2%NaF組兩組之間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]1.本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下碳酸飲料對(duì)恒牙釉質(zhì)具有明顯的脫礦作用。2.本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下氟保護(hù)漆Duraphat可促進(jìn)碳酸飲料引起恒牙釉質(zhì)脫礦的再礦化。
