【摘要】：目的評價兩種不同表面處理的種植體Osstem TS、Straumann負重1年后的差異。方法 65例患者在口腔科植入兩種種植體共120枚,其中Osstem TS種植體75枚,Straumann種植體45枚,全部種植體均在2013年6月前完成修復(fù);平均追蹤(21.5±6.95)個月(12~24個月),隨訪觀察24個月并記錄X線和臨床檢查結(jié)果,對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理。結(jié)果 3枚種植體在負重前松動脫落,其余117枚無松動,骨結(jié)合良好,留存率為97.5%,無種植體宿主不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 Osstem TS種植體和Straumann種植體相比,SLA(大顆粒-噴砂-酸蝕)表面處理方面差異細微,種植修復(fù)效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the difference of Osstem TS,Straumann between two different surface treatments after one year of loading. Methods two kinds of implants (75 Osstem TS implants and 45 Straumann implants) were implanted in 65 patients in stomatology department. All implants were repaired by June 2013. The mean follow-up was (21.5 鹵6.95) months (12 ~ 24 months), followed up for 24 months, X-ray and clinical results were recorded, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results 3 implants loosened and fell off before loading, while the remaining 117 implants showed no loosening and good bone bonding, and the retention rate was 97.5. there was no adverse reaction of implant host. Conclusion the surface treatment of Osstem TS implants and Straumann implants is slightly different than that of, SLA (implants.
