【摘要】：目的:了解上海市妊娠期女性的牙周健康狀況,探討妊娠期女性牙周健康的影響因素,為以后進行有針對性的口腔健康教育、制訂公共衛(wèi)生策略提供依據(jù)。方法:采用橫斷面研究,隨機抽取各區(qū)縣婦幼保健院建卡的妊娠期女性(0~40周)進行調(diào)查。調(diào)查方法包括問卷調(diào)查和臨床牙周檢查,牙周檢查項目包括可視菌斑指數(shù)、探診出血指數(shù)、牙周袋深度、臨床附著喪失。采用SPSS18.0軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)進行χ2檢驗和logistic多因素回歸分析。結(jié)果:共調(diào)查561名妊娠期女性,平均年齡(27.5±4.0)歲,孕周5~40周,平均孕周(18.9±8.1)周。牙周病患病率49.6%,其中牙周炎患病率為6.8%,牙齦炎為42.8%。Logistic回歸分析顯示,處于妊娠中、晚期的女性比妊娠早期更容易患牙周病;居住在郊區(qū)的妊娠期女性比居住在市區(qū)者患牙周病的危險性高。結(jié)論:上海市妊娠期女性牙周病的患病率與妊娠周期、居住地有關(guān),應該加強對相應高危人群的口腔健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the periodontal health status of pregnant women in Shanghai and to explore the influencing factors of their periodontal health in order to provide basis for oral health education and public health strategy. Methods: a cross-sectional study was used to investigate the pregnant women (0 ~ 40 weeks) who were randomly selected from MCH hospital. The methods of investigation included questionnaire survey and clinical periodontal examination. Periodontal examination items included visual plaque index, probing bleeding index, periodontal bag depth and clinical attachment loss. The data were analyzed by 蠂 2 test and logistic multivariate regression analysis with SPSS18.0 software package. Results: the average age of 561 pregnant women was (27.5 鹵4.0) years, the gestational weeks were 540 weeks and the average gestational weeks were (18.9 鹵8.1) weeks. The prevalence rate of periodontal disease was 49.6. The prevalence rate of periodontitis was 6.8. 42.8%.Logistic regression analysis showed that women in late pregnancy were more prone to periodontal disease than those in early pregnancy. Pregnant women living in the suburbs are at higher risk of periodontal disease than those living in urban areas. Conclusion: the prevalence of periodontal disease in pregnant women in Shanghai is related to pregnancy cycle and place of residence.
