【摘要】：近年來,隨著口腔科學的迅速發(fā)展,牙周病學方面的新技術(shù)和新材料也層出不窮。膜齦手術(shù)已在包括牙周再生、牙周美容、種植、正畸等方面得到了越來越廣泛的應用。膜齦手術(shù)主要包括:1)帶蒂軟組織瓣術(shù),可以覆蓋暴露的牙根表面,也可以結(jié)合游離結(jié)締組織移植術(shù)達到覆蓋根面的治療效果;2)游離牙齦移植術(shù),不但可以重建附著齦,還可以保護牙齒健康,防止牙齦退縮;3)結(jié)締組織移植術(shù),是治療牙齦退縮最常用的術(shù)式。本文主要以筆者多年的臨床經(jīng)驗為基礎(chǔ),采用手術(shù)臨床照片結(jié)合簡要文字的方式,介紹常見的各種膜齦手術(shù)的適應證、優(yōu)缺點和臨床應用,以使口腔醫(yī)師能更好地了解并掌握該技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of stomatology, new technologies and materials in periodontiology have emerged. Gingival membrane surgery has been more and more widely used in periodontal regeneration, periodontal beauty, implant, orthodontics and so on. Gingival surgery mainly includes: 1) pedicled soft tissue flap can cover the exposed root surface, but also can be combined with free connective tissue transplantation to cover the root surface; 2) the free gingival transplantation can not only reconstruct the attached gingiva, but also protect the tooth health and prevent the gingival retraction; 3) connective tissue transplantation is the most commonly used method in the treatment of gingival retraction. Based on the author's clinical experience for many years, this paper introduces the indications, advantages and disadvantages and clinical application of various kinds of gingival surgery by using surgical photos and brief words. So that the stomatologist can better understand and master the technology.
