【摘要】：外泌體是由各種類型的細(xì)胞分泌的多形性囊泡樣小體,其中含有蛋白質(zhì)和RNA等多種成分,具有抗腫瘤免疫、促血管新生等生理功能,并且與口腔疾病密切相關(guān)。外泌體可作為口腔癌、口腔黏膜病、唾液腺疾病等口腔疾病診斷的生物標(biāo)志物,還有作為口腔癌候選抗癌疫苗的可能。本文主要就外泌體及其與口腔疾病的關(guān)系作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Exocrine body is a pleomorphic vesicular body secreted by various types of cells. It contains many components such as protein and RNA. It has the physiological functions of anti-tumor immunity, promoting angiogenesis, and is closely related to oral diseases. Exocrine can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis of oral cancer, oral mucosal disease and salivary gland disease, as well as a candidate anticancer vaccine for oral cancer. This article reviews the relationship between exocrine and oral diseases.
