不同咬合狀態(tài)下上頜中切牙全瓷冠修復(fù)的有限元分析

【摘要】:背景:影響全瓷冠強度的因素很多,研究不同頸緣形態(tài)、切端厚度、黏合劑及軸壁聚合度對全瓷冠強度影響的研究較多,對于不同咬合關(guān)系對全瓷冠影響的研究較少。目的:通過三維有限元分析不同咬合關(guān)系對全瓷冠修復(fù)的影響。方法:建立上頜中切牙全瓷冠三維有限元模型,全瓷冠材料分別選用EmpressⅡ與In-Ceram Zirconia,在正常覆牙合位置和深覆牙合位置上分別施加外力載荷230 N,與牙長軸成45°夾角,分析不同咬合關(guān)系時內(nèi)部應(yīng)力和邊緣應(yīng)力的分布。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)不同咬合關(guān)系下同種全瓷冠修復(fù)的應(yīng)力分布:深覆牙合時,牙骨質(zhì)、牙槽骨和牙周膜的應(yīng)力峰值較正常覆牙合時低,全瓷冠和黏合劑的應(yīng)力峰值較正常覆牙合時高。深覆牙合時,EmpressⅡ修復(fù)組牙本質(zhì)應(yīng)力峰值較正常覆牙合時高,In-Ceram Zirconia修復(fù)組牙本質(zhì)應(yīng)力峰值較正常覆牙合時低。不同全瓷冠材料不影響應(yīng)力分布區(qū)域,深覆牙合時應(yīng)力主要集中在咬合接觸區(qū),正常覆牙合時應(yīng)力主要集中在咬合接觸區(qū)和唇側(cè)頸緣。(2)相同咬合關(guān)系下不同全瓷冠修復(fù)的應(yīng)力分布:應(yīng)力峰值在正常覆牙合時受材料影響不明顯,在深覆牙合時受材料影響較大。全瓷冠材料對牙骨質(zhì)、牙槽骨和牙周膜的應(yīng)力峰值無太大影響,對全瓷冠的應(yīng)力峰值有一定影響,但差別不明顯。全瓷冠材料對黏合劑和牙本質(zhì)的應(yīng)力峰值影響比較明顯,EmpressⅡ修復(fù)組黏合劑和牙本質(zhì)的應(yīng)力峰值較大,In-Ceram Zirconia修復(fù)組黏合劑和牙本質(zhì)的應(yīng)力峰值較小。
