【摘要】：目的研究非常規(guī)拔牙的對(duì)正畸治療價(jià)值。方法按照入院先后順序劃分本院2015年1月~2016年2月確診70例固定正畸患者為對(duì)照組和觀察組,兩組分別采用常規(guī)減數(shù)矯治與非常規(guī)拔牙矯治,對(duì)比兩組不同矯治效果。結(jié)果觀察組矯治有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);總體治療時(shí)間明顯較短(P0.05);滿(mǎn)意度明顯較高(P0.05)。結(jié)論正畸治療非常規(guī)拔牙,臨床效果突出,有效率高,治療時(shí)間短,受到患者歡迎。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value of unconventional extraction in orthodontic treatment. Methods from January 2015 to February 2016, 70 cases of fixed orthodontic patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission. The two groups were treated with conventional meiosis and unconventional tooth extraction respectively, and the effects of different orthodontic treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05); the total treatment time was significantly shorter (P0.05); the satisfaction rate was significantly higher (P0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of unconventional extraction of teeth, clinical effect is outstanding, the effective rate is high, the treatment time is short, is welcomed by the patient.
