GSK-3β對正畸牙齒移動的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察GSK-3β對正畸牙齒移動距離的影響。方法:分別選30只野生C57小鼠和20只GSK-3β基因敲除C57小鼠。野生型和基因敲除型各20只,正畸加力3、5、7、14 d(5只/組)后處死,取材固定上頜骨掃描Micro CT測量牙齒移動距離,冰凍切片免疫熒光染色觀察破骨情況。野生型10只腹腔注射LiCl(隔天100 ng/ml)加力3 d,7 d處死后掃描Micro CT。結(jié)果:與野生型組同期結(jié)果相比,GSK-3β基因敲除小鼠牙齒移動距離降低(P0.05),壓力側(cè)破骨細胞減少(P0.05);基因敲除組與野生型注射LiCl組牙齒移動距離無統(tǒng)計學差異。結(jié)論:GSK-3β可以影響破骨細胞形成從而影響正畸牙齒移動。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of GSK-3 尾 on the movement distance of orthodontic teeth. Methods: 30 wild C57 mice and 20 GSK-3 尾 knockout mice were selected. Wild type and gene knockout type (n = 20 each) were killed after orthodontic treatment (n = 20) for 14 days (n = 5). Maxillary bone was fixed with scanning Micro CT to measure the distance of tooth movement. The osteoclasts were observed by immunofluorescence staining in frozen sections. Ten wild-type mice were killed by intraperitoneal injection of LiCl (100 ng/ml every other day) for 3 days and 7 days, then Micro CT. was scanned. Results: compared with the wild type group, the tooth movement distance of GSK-3 尾 gene knockout mice decreased (P0.05), and the osteoclasts of pressure side decreased (P0.05). There was no significant difference in tooth movement distance between gene knockout group and wild type injection LiCl group. Conclusion: GSK-3 尾 can affect osteoclast formation and orthodontic tooth movement.
