【摘要】：目的研究單根銼Wave One鎳鈦器械治療彎曲根管的療效,并與不銹鋼K銼、Pro Taper鎳鈦器械進(jìn)行比較。方法選取根管彎曲度在20~40°的單根管離體前磨牙60顆,隨機(jī)分為A、B、C 3組,每組20顆離體牙,3組分別采用Wave One/Crown-down法、K銼逐步后退法及Pro Taper/Crown-down法行根管預(yù)備,并采用口腔頜面錐形束計(jì)算機(jī)體層攝影分別于根管預(yù)備前后對(duì)離體牙行橫向掃描。預(yù)備完成后,對(duì)3組中的60顆離體牙行冷牙膠側(cè)方加壓充填。測(cè)量3組中每顆離體牙的根管預(yù)備時(shí)間、根管充填時(shí)間;分析每顆離體牙根管預(yù)備前后,根管距根尖孔2、4和6 mm處的根管偏移量和軸中心率,并對(duì)以上結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 A組根管預(yù)備時(shí)間低于B、C組;在根管充填時(shí)間上,A組與C組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但A組短于B組(P0.05)。在距根尖孔2、4和6 mm處,A組與B組間的根管偏移量及軸中心率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組與C組比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與不銹鋼K銼及Pro Taper相比,Wave One治療彎曲根管具有效率高、根管成形效果好的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床彎曲根管的治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of single file Wave One nickel titanium instrument on curved root canal and compare it with stainless steel K file, Pro Taper nickel titanium instrument. Methods A total of 60 single canals premolars with a curvature of 2040 擄were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 20) and group C (n = 20). Wave One/Crown-down method was used in each group. K file and Pro Taper/Crown-down method were used to prepare root canal, and lateral scanning of isolated teeth was performed before and after root canal preparation by computer tomography of oral and maxillofacial conical bundle. After preparation, 60 isolated teeth in 3 groups were filled with cold gum side compression. The root canal preparation time and root canal filling time of each isolated tooth in the three groups were measured, and the root canal offset and axial center rate between the root canal and the apical foramen 2 and 6 mm before and after the root canal preparation were analyzed statistically. Results the time of root canal preparation in group A was lower than that in group B, and there was no significant difference between group A and group C in root canal filling time (P0.05), but the time of root canal preparation in group A was shorter than that in group B (P0.05). At 2 and 6 mm from the apical foramen, the root canal deviation and axial center rate between group A and group B were significantly different (P0.05 compared with group C, P0.05). Conclusion compared with stainless steel K file and Pro Taper, Wave One has the advantages of high efficiency and good root canal forming effect, and can be widely used in the treatment of clinical curved root canal.
