【摘要】：目的:單側(cè)唇裂二期修復(fù)手術(shù)難度較一期修復(fù)更大,本文將探討通過重建生物肌張力帶行唇裂二期修復(fù),改善唇鼻畸形。方法:收集20例一期單側(cè)唇裂術(shù)后患者,應(yīng)用標(biāo)尺(0.5mm)測量患者手術(shù)前后健側(cè)及患側(cè)唇高、唇長以及鼻孔寬度等數(shù)據(jù),對測得的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用SPSS22.0統(tǒng)計軟件進(jìn)行t檢驗,比較有無顯著性差異。結(jié)果:通過比較,術(shù)前術(shù)后健側(cè)唇高、唇長以及鼻孔寬度無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而患側(cè)唇高、唇長以及鼻孔寬度有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后健患側(cè)唇高、唇長以及鼻孔寬度差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用此手術(shù)方式可以基本使得健側(cè)患側(cè)唇高、唇長、鼻孔寬度有良好改善,降低繼發(fā)畸形的發(fā)生率,使患者滿意度相對較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: the secondary repair of unilateral cleft lip is more difficult than that of primary repair. Methods: twenty patients with primary unilateral cleft lip were collected and measured by 0.5mm before and after operation. The lip length, lip length and nostril width were measured before and after operation. The measured data were tested by SPSS22.0 software. There was significant difference between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in lip height, lip length and nostril width before and after operation (P0.05), but the height, length and width of nostril were statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in lip height, length of lip and width of nostril after operation (P0.05). Conclusion: the operation can improve the lip height, lip length and nostril width, reduce the incidence of secondary malformation, and make the patient satisfaction relatively high.
