【摘要】：目的探討超軟熱凝樹(shù)脂內(nèi)襯囊腫塞在頜骨囊性病變開(kāi)窗減壓術(shù)治療中的臨床應(yīng)用。方法20例頜骨囊性病變患者行開(kāi)窗減壓治療,術(shù)后佩戴超軟熱凝樹(shù)脂內(nèi)襯囊腫塞維持引流,觀察臨床療效。結(jié)果 20例頜骨囊性病變囊腔引流通暢,病變區(qū)骨密度逐漸增大。結(jié)論超軟熱凝樹(shù)脂內(nèi)襯囊腫塞能持續(xù)維持開(kāi)窗減壓術(shù)后囊腔引流通暢,是一種值得推廣的臨床應(yīng)用裝置。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application of super soft thermocoagulant resin lined cysts in the treatment of maxillary cystic lesions with fenestration and decompression. Methods Twenty patients with maxillary cystic disease were treated with fenestration and decompression. Results the cystic cavity drainage of 20 cases of maxillary cystic lesions was unobstructed, and the bone mineral density of the lesion area increased gradually. Conclusion Super soft thermocoagulant resin lined cysts can keep the drainage of cyst cavity unobstructed after fenestration and decompression, which is a clinical application device worth popularizing.
