用三維空間標(biāo)記法測量口腔印模材料的體積變化率

【摘要】:目的:使用三維標(biāo)記法測定4種常用印模材體積變化率.方法:每種印模材在金屬母模上制取3份試件后使用形狀輪廓掃描儀掃描及建模,通過專用軟件在試件模型上劃出標(biāo)記空間,并測量不同存放時間標(biāo)記空間內(nèi)體積,計算試件的體積變化率.結(jié)果:CAVEX藻酸鹽在15、180 min時體積變化率分別為1.432%、8.343%;Zhermark藻酸鹽在15、180 min時體積變化率分別為1.772%、7.580%;Express XT Penta H硅橡膠在1、36 h體積變化率分別為0.047%、0.364%;Impregum Penta聚醚橡膠在1、36 h體積變化率分別為0.012%、0.336%.2種藻酸鹽體積變化率間無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),2種人工合成橡膠體積變化率間的差值無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),藻酸鹽與人工合成橡膠體積變化率間差值具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01).結(jié)論:藻酸鹽類印模材體積變化率大于人工合成橡膠類印模材;三維空間標(biāo)記法適用于印模試件形變的直接測量.
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine the volume change rate of four kinds of commonly used impression materials by three-dimensional labeling method. Methods: three samples were made on the metal master mold, then the shape contour scanner was used to scan and model the samples. The marking space was marked out by special software, and the volume of the marking space was measured at different storage times. Calculate the volume change rate of the specimen. Results: the volume change rates of CAVEX alginate at 15180 min were 1.432and 8.343, respectively. The volume change rates of CAVEX alginate at 15180 min were 1.772and 7.580, respectively. The volume change rates of Express XT Penta H silicone rubber at 1 ~ 36 h were 0.047 and 0.364, respectively. The volume change rates of Impregum Penta polyether rubber at 1 h were 0.012 and 0.336.2, respectively. There was no significant difference between the volume change rates of alginate (P0.05). The difference between the volume change rate of two synthetic rubber was not statistically significant (P0.05), the difference between alginate and synthetic rubber volume change rate was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: the volume change rate of alginate impression is larger than that of synthetic rubber.
