【摘要】：藥物性牙齦增生(DIGO)是指長期服用某些藥物而引起的牙齦組織的纖維性增生和體積增大。牙齦細胞增多與胞外基質尤其是膠原蛋白的大量沉積是其主要病理表現(xiàn)。近年來研究表明,整合素α2β1與膠原吞噬作用密切相關,在DIGO的發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文就整合素α2β1與DIGO相關性的研究進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Drug-induced gingival hyperplasia (DIGO) is a kind of fibrous hyperplasia and enlargement of gingival tissue caused by taking some drugs for a long time. The increase of gingival cells and the deposition of extracellular matrix, especially collagen, are the main pathological features of gingival cells. Recent studies have shown that integrin 偽 2 尾 1 is closely related to the phagocytosis of collagen and plays an important role in the genesis and development of DIGO. This paper reviews the research progress of the correlation between integrin 偽 2 尾 1 and DIGO.
