【摘要】：背景:米諾環(huán)素作為根管消毒藥物,其療效、安全性及免疫學(xué)評(píng)估尚需相應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明。目的:觀察米諾環(huán)素對(duì)根管滲出液體積及白細(xì)胞介素17水平的影響。方法:試驗(yàn)組納入根尖周病急性期需進(jìn)行根管治療的患者16例,隨機(jī)分為2組,氫氧化鈣組以氫氧化鈣糊劑消毒根管,米諾環(huán)素組以米諾環(huán)素緩釋劑軟膏消毒根管,1周后復(fù)診,檢測(cè)根尖周指數(shù)、根尖周滲出液體積及白細(xì)胞介素17水平,完成根管充填;對(duì)照組納入牙髓正常但需要進(jìn)行根管治療的患者16例,行一次性根管充填,檢測(cè)根尖周指數(shù)、根尖周滲出液體積及白細(xì)胞介素17水平。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)試驗(yàn)組根尖周滲出液體積及白細(xì)胞介素17水平均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);(2)米諾環(huán)素組、氫氧化鈣組治療1周后的根尖周指數(shù)、白細(xì)胞介素17水平均低于治療前(P0.05);(3)米諾環(huán)素組與氫氧化鈣組治療1周后的根尖周指數(shù)、根尖周滲出液體積及白細(xì)胞介素17水平比較差異均無(wú)顯著性意義;(4)結(jié)果表明,米諾環(huán)素通過(guò)抑制白細(xì)胞介素17的表達(dá)降低根尖周病根尖區(qū)炎癥的滲出,有效治療根尖周病。
[Abstract]:Background: the efficacy, safety and immunological evaluation of minocycline as a root canal disinfectant need to be proved. Aim: to observe the effect of minocycline on the volume of root canal exudate and the level of interleukin 17. Methods: sixteen patients with periapical disease were randomly divided into two groups. Calcium hydroxide group disinfected root canal with calcium hydroxide paste and minocycline group disinfected root canal with minocycline sustained-release ointment. Periapical index, periapical exudate volume and interleukin-17 level were measured to complete root canal filling. Periapical exudate volume and interleukin 17 level. Results and conclusion: (1) the periapical exudate volume and interleukin 17 level in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05); (2) minocycline group, and the periapical index in the calcium hydroxide group after 1 week treatment. The levels of interleukin 17 were lower than those before treatment (P0.05); (3). There was no significant difference in periapical index, periapical exudate volume and interleukin 17 level between minocycline group and calcium hydroxide group one week after treatment. Minocycline can effectively treat periapical disease by inhibiting the expression of interleukin 17 and reducing the exudation of periapical inflammation.
