礦化膠原與鎂鈣合金的復(fù)合材料用于犬拔牙位點保存的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的研究礦化膠原復(fù)合鎂鈣合金用于犬拔牙位點保存的可行性。方法拔除8只雜種犬下頜雙側(cè)第4前磨牙,共32個拔牙窩(近中和遠(yuǎn)中牙槽窩各16個),隨機分為A、B兩組。A組植入礦化膠原復(fù)合鎂鈣合金材料,B組僅植入礦化膠原材料,于術(shù)后12,24周處死實驗犬,制備組織標(biāo)本,通過大體觀察、CBCT、肝腎組織學(xué)切片觀察以及X射線顯微鏡檢測評價拔牙窩愈合情況及肝腎組織的損傷情況。結(jié)果兩組材料在拔牙窩愈合過程中,逐漸被降解吸收,新生骨組織不斷形成。術(shù)后12周,實驗A組的相對骨密度值以及新生骨組織數(shù)量均多于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后24周,A、B兩組的新生骨組織數(shù)量逐漸增多,兩組相對骨密度值差異不顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論礦化膠原與鎂鈣合金的復(fù)合材料可用于犬拔牙位點的保存,可促進新骨再生,減緩牙槽嵴的吸收。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the feasibility of mineralized collagen combined with magnesium calcium alloy for preservation of extraction sites in dogs. Methods eight mongrel dogs were randomly divided into two groups: group A implanted mineralized collagen combined with magnesium calcium alloy, group B only mineralized collagen, and group B implanted only mineralized collagen, and the mandibular fourth premolars were extracted and 32 teeth were extracted (16 in proximal and distal alveolar fossa respectively), and were randomly divided into two groups: group A was implanted with mineralized collagen and magnesium-calcium alloy, and group B only implanted mineralized collagen. 24 weeks after operation, the dogs were killed and tissue specimens were prepared. The healing of tooth extraction fossa and the injury of liver and kidney were evaluated by gross observation, histological observation of CBCT, liver and kidney and X-ray microscope. Results during the healing process, the two groups were gradually degraded and absorbed, and new bone tissue was formed. At 12 weeks after operation, the relative bone density and the number of new bone tissue in experimental group A were higher than those in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 24 weeks after operation, the number of new bone tissue increased gradually in group A and B, and there was no significant difference in relative bone density between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion the composite of mineralized collagen and magnesium calcium alloy can be used to preserve the extraction site of canine tooth, promote the regeneration of new bone and slow down the absorption of alveolar ridge.
