【摘要】：目的 評(píng)估口腔醫(yī)生面部各區(qū)在臨床操作中的污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法 醫(yī)生佩戴全新的口腔專用面罩對(duì)患者進(jìn)行操作,分為牙周超聲潔治組(A組)和修復(fù)牙體預(yù)備組(B組)。治療完成后,將面罩分為9個(gè)區(qū)記錄干燥顆粒數(shù)目并計(jì)算出各區(qū)的污染指數(shù)(Xi)。利用SPSS22.0軟件對(duì)各組、各區(qū)域的污染指數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 共納入牙周超聲潔治B組20例,修復(fù)牙體預(yù)備B組20例。完成口腔操作后,所有的面罩均被液體微粒污染。超聲潔治組的污染指數(shù)高于牙體預(yù)備組,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。面部各區(qū)的污染指數(shù)間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,眼中區(qū)、鼻中區(qū)、口唇區(qū)的污染指數(shù)高于其他區(qū)。結(jié)論 口腔治療操作具有較大職業(yè)暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn),最容易遭受污染的區(qū)域?yàn)獒t(yī)生眼部和鼻部。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the risk of contamination in clinical operation of oral doctors. Methods the patients were divided into periodontal ultrasonic scaling group (group A) and dental repair preparation group (group B). After treatment, the mask was divided into 9 districts to record the number of dry particles and the contamination index (Xi).) was calculated. The pollution index of each group and region was analyzed statistically by SPSS22.0 software. Results there were 20 cases in group B and 20 cases in group B in periodontal ultrasonic scaling. After oral operation, all masks are contaminated with liquid particles. The pollution index of ultrasonic scaling group was higher than that of tooth preparation group, the difference was not statistically significant. There were statistically significant differences in the pollution index between different regions of the face. The pollution index in the eye, middle nasal and lip regions was higher than that in the other regions. Conclusion Oral treatment has higher occupational exposure risk and the most vulnerable areas are the doctors' eyes and nose.
