【摘要】：目的:觀察曲安奈德口腔軟膏治療充血糜爛型口腔扁平苔蘚(EOLP)的療效及安全性。方法:選擇62例經(jīng)臨床確診的EOLP患者,隨機(jī)分為2組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組29例采用局涂曲安奈德口腔軟膏、口服硫酸羥氯喹、口含西吡氯銨含片,對(duì)照組33例采用口服硫酸羥氯喹、口含西吡氯銨含片治療。分別于初診、第2、4周記錄患者病損面積和疼痛程度的變化,并觀察初診和4周后的安全性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組在2周能加速口腔扁平苔蘚的充血糜爛面的愈合(P0.05),降低患者的疼痛指數(shù)(P0.05),但4周后與對(duì)照組無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組4例唾液真菌感染陽(yáng)性(P0.05),其他安全指標(biāo)與對(duì)照組無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:曲安奈德口腔軟膏配合硫酸氫喹、西吡氯銨治療EOLP,具有良好的療效和安全性,但要防范局部真菌感染。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment in the treatment of congestive oral lichen planus (EOLP). Methods: 62 patients with EOLP were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (29 cases) were treated with oral ointment of triamcinolone acetonide, oral hydroxychloroquine sulfate and citripiramine buccal tablet, while 33 cases of control group were treated with oral hydroxychloroquine sulfate and oral buccal tablet containing citric chloride. The area of lesion and the degree of pain were recorded at the first visit and the second week, and the safety indexes were observed after the first visit and 4 weeks. Results: the experimental group could accelerate the healing of congestive erosive surface of oral lichen planus in 2 weeks (P0.05) and decrease the pain index (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after 4 weeks (P0.05). Four cases of salivary fungal infection were positive in the experimental group (P0.05), and no significant difference was found between the other safety indexes and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment combined with hydroquine sulfate and cepiramide has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of EOLP, but local fungal infection should be prevented.
