【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代根管治療是牙髓病、根尖周病最有效最徹底最有預(yù)見(jiàn)性的最佳治療方法〔1〕。在根管治療時(shí)既要遵循成型預(yù)備的機(jī)械學(xué)目的,又要遵循清潔、消毒、隔濕、干燥、杜絕醫(yī)源性感染的生物學(xué)目的〔2〕。由于老年人口腔治療有其特殊性,因此感染控制成為老年人根管治療過(guò)程中十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)用棉卷及吸唾隔濕法不能從根本上解決根管再感染的問(wèn)題,而橡皮障隔濕術(shù)是將患牙與口腔環(huán)境隔離出來(lái),以利于醫(yī)生治療時(shí)器械及技術(shù)的實(shí)施,是目前現(xiàn)代根管治療最徹底的隔濕方
[Abstract]:Orthodontic root canal therapy is the best treatment for pulp disease, periapical disease and periapical disease (1). In root canal therapy, we should not only follow the mechanical purpose of shaping preparation, but also follow the biological aim of cleaning, disinfection, wetting, drying and eliminating iatrogenic infection (2). Because of the particularity of oral treatment in the elderly, infection control has become a very important part of root canal therapy in the elderly. The traditional medical cotton coils and the method of sucking saliva insulation can not fundamentally solve the problem of root canal re-infection, while rubber barrier dampproof is to separate the affected teeth from the oral environment, so as to facilitate the implementation of the instruments and techniques when the doctors treat them. Is the most thoroughly moisturizing prescription for modern root canal therapy.
