【摘要】：目的探討復(fù)合樹(shù)脂高強(qiáng)纖維修復(fù)牙周炎患者下前牙缺失及固定松動(dòng)牙的效果。方法選擇2009年1月至2015年1月的牙周炎下前牙缺失患者100例作為研究對(duì)象,其中觀察組50例,松動(dòng)牙80顆,采用復(fù)合樹(shù)脂高強(qiáng)纖維進(jìn)行修復(fù);對(duì)照組50例,松動(dòng)牙86顆,采用結(jié)扎絲牙周夾板進(jìn)行固定。2組患者治療后3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月和12個(gè)月進(jìn)行復(fù)診,觀察和分析2組患者的菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、附著喪失度(AL)、探診深度(PD)以及患者對(duì)修復(fù)固定的滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組患者牙齒松動(dòng)數(shù)為2例(2.5%),顯著高于對(duì)照組的9例(10.47%)(P0.05);且觀察組的PLI和PD改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),觀察組患者對(duì)治療滿意程度為97.5%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的87.21%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)合樹(shù)脂高強(qiáng)纖維修復(fù)方法不僅可以有效固定牙周炎患者的松動(dòng)牙以及修復(fù)下前牙缺失,而且可以為患者提供舒適且較滿意的修復(fù)體,具有重要的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of composite resin high-strength fiber in repairing the missing and fixed loose teeth of lower anterior teeth in patients with periodontitis. Methods from January 2009 to January 2015, 100 cases of periodontitis with missing anterior teeth were selected as the study subjects, 50 cases in the observation group with 80 loose teeth repaired by composite resin high strength fiber, and 50 cases in the control group in which 86 teeth were loose. After 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment, the patients in both groups were treated with ligated silk periodontal splint. The degree of plaque index (PLI),) attachment loss degree (AL), the depth of (AL), probing and the satisfaction of the patients with repair and fixation were observed and analyzed. Results the number of tooth loosening in the observation group was 2 cases (2.5%), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (9 cases, 10.47%) (P0.05), and the improvement of PLI and PD in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). The satisfactory degree of treatment was 97.5g in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.21%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the composite resin high strength fiber can not only fix the loose teeth of periodontitis patients and repair the loss of lower anterior teeth, but also provide comfortable and satisfactory prosthesis for the patients. It has important clinical application value.
