【摘要】：目的研究云南省第一人民醫(yī)院患者下頜第2恒磨牙C型根管的發(fā)生率并比較其一次性或兩次性根管治療的成功率。方法選取本院口腔內(nèi)科就診患者260例下頜第2恒磨牙,X線牙片和臨床檢查分析C型根管及各型發(fā)生率;C型根管患牙隨機(jī)分為A、B 2組,分別進(jìn)行一次性和兩次性根管治療,6個(gè)月后比較2組成功率。結(jié)果260例中有80例為C型根管,發(fā)生率為30.77%;術(shù)前X線檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)2組患牙共有Ⅰ型25例(31.25%),Ⅱ型32例(40%),Ⅲ型23例(28.75%);改良Melton分類法發(fā)現(xiàn)C1型17例(21.25%)、C2型39例(48.75%)、C3a型13例(16.25%)、C3b型11例(13.75%),C4型0例;術(shù)后6個(gè)月A組成功率為78.94%(30/38),B組成功率為81.08%(30/37),2組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論我院患者下頜第2恒磨牙C型根管較常見,一次性根管治療可用于下頜第2恒磨牙C型根管系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the incidence of C type root canal of mandibular second permanent molar in the first people's Hospital of Yunnan Province and to compare the success rate of one or two times root canal therapy. Methods 260 cases of mandibular second permanent molar, X ray and clinical examination were selected to analyze the incidence of type C root canal and each type. The success rate of the two groups was compared after 6 months after one-time and two-time root canal therapy.
