【摘要】：目的探討口腔黏膜病患者血漿炎癥細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)及意義。方法應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)(ELISA)雙抗體夾心法檢測(cè)156例口腔黏膜病患者及40例健康人血漿中腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子(TGF)-β,白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-1β及IL-6的含量,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析血漿中炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平與口腔黏膜病的發(fā)病關(guān)系。結(jié)果口腔黏膜病患者血漿中炎癥細(xì)胞因子TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-1β及IL-6的含量總體水平顯著高于健康對(duì)照組(P0.01)。此外,口腔黏膜病不同型細(xì)胞因子表達(dá)水平差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論口腔黏膜病患者血漿中炎癥細(xì)胞因子表達(dá)水平與疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。亦可用于黏膜病分型的診斷依據(jù)。臨床上可通過阻斷炎癥細(xì)胞因子的生物學(xué)效應(yīng)。改善或減輕口腔黏膜病的病程,為口腔黏膜病生物治療開辟一新途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of plasma inflammatory cytokines in patients with oral mucosal disease. Methods the levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-偽, transforming growth factor (TGF)-尾, interleukin (IL) (IL)-1 尾 and IL-6 in plasma of 156 patients with oral mucosal disease and 40 healthy controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) with (ELISA) double antibody sandwich method. The relationship between plasma inflammatory cytokines and oral mucosal disease was statistically analyzed. Results the plasma levels of TNF- 偽, TGF- 尾, IL-1 尾 and IL-6 in patients with oral mucosal disease were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P0.01). In addition, the expression level of different types of cytokines in oral mucosal disease was significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the plasma of patients with oral mucosal disease is closely related to the occurrence and development of the disease. It can also be used for the diagnosis of mucosal disease classification. Clinically, the biological effects of inflammatory cytokines can be blocked. To improve or reduce the course of oral mucosal disease, open up a new way for oral mucosal disease biotherapy.
