顯微CT法研究中國人下頜切牙根管系統(tǒng)解剖形態(tài)

【摘要】:目的:使用顯微CT掃描技術(shù)研究中國人離體下頜切牙根管系統(tǒng)解剖形態(tài)。方法:收集108顆中國人下頜切牙,使用顯微CT進(jìn)行掃描后構(gòu)建根管系統(tǒng)三維可視化模型。對(duì)主根管形態(tài)進(jìn)行分型,記錄第二根管分出位置,分支根管的發(fā)生率和位置。結(jié)果:下頜切牙根管最常見的形態(tài)為VertucciⅠ型和Ⅲ型,發(fā)生率分別為78.70%和14.81%,分支根管發(fā)生率為24.07%。第二根管發(fā)出位置在釉質(zhì)牙骨質(zhì)界根方(6.07±3.42)mm。結(jié)論:下頜切牙根管系統(tǒng)解剖形態(tài)復(fù)雜,了解其主根管及分支根管的發(fā)生規(guī)律對(duì)于提高根管治療成功率具有重要意義。
