【摘要】：正前牙區(qū)種植修復(fù)的成功,除了要求種植體達(dá)到理想的骨整合,牙齦軟組織的美學(xué)效果也至關(guān)重要。然而,采用傳統(tǒng)的延期種植技術(shù)往往存在治療周期長(zhǎng),修復(fù)后美學(xué)效果差等問(wèn)題。近年來(lái),即刻種植即刻修復(fù)技術(shù)因其可縮短療程,保存軟硬組織形態(tài)[1]而被廣泛運(yùn)用于臨床。本研究對(duì)美觀要求較高的上頜前牙區(qū),采用Zimmer種植系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行即刻種植即刻修復(fù),觀察該技術(shù)對(duì)種植體周牙槽骨吸收和牙齦軟組織改變的影響�，F(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
[Abstract]:The aesthetic effect of gingival soft tissue is also very important for the success of anterior dental implants. However, the traditional delayed planting technique often has the problems of long treatment period and poor aesthetic effect after restoration. In recent years, immediate implant repair technology has been widely used in clinic because it can shorten the course of treatment and preserve soft and hard tissue morphology. In this study, Zimmer implant system was used for immediate restoration of maxillary anterior teeth with high aesthetic requirements, and the effects of this technique on alveolar bone resorption and gingival soft tissue changes were observed.
