[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Er:YAG laser preparation on enamel surface properties and resin bonding strength. Methods: 50 undecayed and filling free premolars or molars were selected. The extracted teeth were cut into buccal and tongue parts by turbine cell phone, and 84 samples were selected. According to different surface treatment methods, 7 groups (group A-G) were randomly divided into 7 groups with 12 samples in each group. Two samples of each group were observed by scanning electron microscope, and the other 10 samples were bonded with light-cured composite resin on the surface of enamel after treatment, and the shear strength was tested. Results the shear strength of group A was the highest in group A (20.51 鹵3.33). There was no significant difference between group A and group A. the shear strength of group E was weaker than that of group A. there was no significant difference in shear strength between group E and group D. There was a significant difference between group E and other groups. SEM observation: with the increase of laser energy, the surface roughness of enamel increased. After laser treatment, the enamel surface was uniform, the enamel post structure was clearly visible, and there was no smear layer. Conclusion the treatment of enamel surface by W: er: YAG laser can not achieve the similar effect of acid etching. The effect of laser acid-etching is similar to that of acid-etching. The shear bond strength of enamel increases with the increase of laser energy.
