【摘要】：漿細(xì)胞性齦炎是一種罕見(jiàn)的牙齦增生。好發(fā)于黏膜,表現(xiàn)為牙齦紅腫。病理檢查見(jiàn)結(jié)締組織內(nèi)有密集呈片狀聚集的的漿細(xì)胞。確診主要依靠病理學(xué)檢查。至今病因未明,可能與過(guò)敏反應(yīng)有關(guān)。治療方法以對(duì)癥治療為主,本病不易惡變,但易復(fù)發(fā)。作者對(duì)1例漿細(xì)胞齦炎的患者進(jìn)行為期2年的追蹤報(bào)道,并對(duì)該病的臨床表現(xiàn)及治療方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)回顧。
[Abstract]:Plasma cell gingivitis is a rare form of gingival hyperplasia. Predilection occurs in the mucous membrane, showing redness and swelling of the gums. Histopathological examination showed that the connective tissue had dense and lamellar plasmacytes. The diagnosis mainly depends on pathological examination. The etiology is unknown and may be related to allergic reactions. The main treatment is symptomatic treatment, the disease is not easy to change, but easy to relapse. A case of plasmacyte gingivitis was followed up for 2 years. The clinical manifestations and treatment of the disease were reviewed systematically.
