【摘要】：目的:探索數(shù)字化技術(shù)在輔助正頜外科手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:2008年1月—2011年12月間收治12例頜骨發(fā)育畸形患者,經(jīng)CT掃描及三維重建,對(duì)12例患者進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)CT掃描,Mimics重建,能夠清晰顯示頜骨畸形的狀態(tài),通過(guò)在Mimics軟件中虛擬手術(shù),輔助術(shù)中導(dǎo)航,術(shù)后效果均滿(mǎn)意。結(jié)論:數(shù)字化正頜外科手術(shù)能夠提高手術(shù)操作的可預(yù)見(jiàn)性,便于醫(yī)患溝通,縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間,減輕患者的痛苦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application value of digital technique in orthognathic surgery. Methods: from January 2008 to December 2011, 12 cases of maxillary deformity were treated by CT scan and 3D reconstruction, and the results were evaluated. Results: the reconstruction of maxillary deformity could be clearly demonstrated by CT scan. The results were satisfactory by virtual operation in Mimics software and assistant navigation during operation. Conclusion: digital orthognathic surgery can improve the predictability of operation, facilitate doctor-patient communication, shorten the operation time and alleviate the pain of patients.
