【摘要】：目的研究比較新型整層充填流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂與納米流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂修復(fù)深楔狀缺損的臨床療效。方法選擇2015年12月至2016年8月期間口腔科門(mén)診收治的楔狀缺損患者30例(50對(duì)前磨牙)作為研究對(duì)象,采用自身對(duì)照設(shè)計(jì)將左右成對(duì)的前磨牙隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用整層充填流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂(Sure Fil SDR)整層充填固化,對(duì)照組采用納米流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂(Filtek Z350)進(jìn)行分層充填固化,觀察充填術(shù)后充填體的表面光滑度、牙齒敏感情況等,評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者充填修復(fù)后的臨床療效,記錄兩組患者充填1周后的敏感發(fā)生率及充填術(shù)后6個(gè)月的預(yù)后情況(包括充填體完整性、邊緣染色和繼發(fā)齲發(fā)生率等)。采用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,比較兩組結(jié)果差異有無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果充填1周后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的敏感發(fā)生率與對(duì)照組差異不顯著(p0.05);充填6個(gè)月后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組充填體完整性、邊緣染色和繼發(fā)齲發(fā)生率與對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著性差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論整層充填流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂采用整層充填技術(shù)充填深楔狀缺損能夠達(dá)到與納米流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂分層充填相似的臨床效果,整層充填術(shù)后無(wú)明顯敏感癥狀,預(yù)后充填體邊緣染色不顯著,也無(wú)顯著的繼發(fā)齲現(xiàn)象以及充填體脫落現(xiàn)象,而且一次性整層充填操作更加快捷,相對(duì)分層充填縮短了臨床操作時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and compare the clinical effect of a new type of filling flow resin and nanometer flow resin in the repair of deep wedge-shaped defect. Methods from December 2015 to August 2016, 30 patients (50 pairs of premolars) with wedge-shaped defects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was cured by (Sure Fil SDR), while the control group was cured by Filtek Z350. The surface smoothness and tooth sensitivity were observed. To evaluate the clinical effect of two groups of patients after filling and repair, to record the incidence of sensitivity and prognosis of 6 months after filling (including the integrity of filling body, edge staining and secondary caries rate, etc.). SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Results after filling for 1 week, there was no significant difference in the incidence of sensitivity between the experimental group and the control group (p0.05), but there was no significant difference in the integrity of the filling body, edge staining and secondary caries rate between the experimental group and the control group after 6 months of filling (p0.05). Conclusion filling of deep wedge-shaped defect with whole layer filling with flow resin can achieve similar clinical effect to that of nano-porous resin. There is no obvious sensitive symptom after whole layer filling, and the edge staining of prognostic filling body is not significant. There was also no significant secondary caries phenomenon and abscission of the filling body, and the one-off layer filling operation was faster, and the clinical operation time was shortened compared with the stratified filling.
