【摘要】：髁突是下頜骨的一個(gè)重要生長(zhǎng)區(qū),以軟骨內(nèi)成骨的方式參與下頜骨的生長(zhǎng)。髁突軟骨屬于繼發(fā)性軟骨,既受遺傳因素的影響,又受應(yīng)力、藥物等局部因素的影響。為了促進(jìn)下頜骨的生長(zhǎng),各種外源性局部因素被用于改變髁突軟骨的生物學(xué)環(huán)境,以刺激髁突的軟骨內(nèi)成骨過(guò)程。本文就外源性因素影響髁突生長(zhǎng)改建的研究作一綜述,以期為下頜骨發(fā)育不足患者的治療提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Condylar process is an important growth region of mandible, which is involved in the growth of mandible by endochondral osteogenesis. Condylar cartilage belongs to secondary cartilage, which is affected by genetic factors, stress, drugs and other local factors. In order to promote the growth of mandible, various exogenous local factors have been used to change the biological environment of condylar cartilage to stimulate the process of endochondral osteogenesis of condyle. This article reviews the effects of exogenous factors on condylar growth and remodeling in order to provide some references for the treatment of mandibular hypoplasia.
