【摘要】：目的:觀察牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變患牙在牙周治療、根管治療的基礎上,以烤瓷聯(lián)冠或烤瓷橋作為固定牙周夾板進行松牙固定或修復治療的臨床療效。方法:對25位慢性牙周炎患者的55顆牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變患牙,進行牙周治療、根管治療,待牙周炎癥消退后,行固定牙周夾板修復。6個月后復診,記錄治療前后患牙牙齦出血指數(shù)、探診深度、附著喪失水平、松動度等臨床數(shù)據(jù)及治療后患牙咀嚼功能改善情況。結果:6個月后所有患牙牙齦炎癥消退,附著喪失、探診深度及松動度均減小,并且患牙咀嚼功能得到改善。結論:對于慢性牙周炎患者的牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變患牙,在牙周治療和根管治療的基礎上行固定牙周夾板修復取得了較好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of fixing or repairing the loose teeth with porcelain fused crowns or porcelain bridges on the basis of periodontal treatment and root canal therapy. Methods: 55 teeth of 25 patients with chronic periodontitis were treated with periodontal treatment and root canal therapy. The clinical data of gingival bleeding index, probing depth, attachment loss and mobility before and after treatment were recorded, and the masticatory function of the affected teeth was improved after treatment. Results: after 6 months, the gingival inflammation subsided, the attachment lost, the depth and mobility of probing decreased, and the masticatory function of the affected teeth was improved. Conclusion: for chronic periodontitis patients with periodontal pulp disease, periodontal treatment and root canal treatment on the basis of fixed periodontal splint repair achieved a good clinical effect.
