【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)適齡兒童進(jìn)行窩溝封閉干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn),探討適合適齡兒童齲病預(yù)防模式。方法:選擇深圳市沙井街道某小學(xué)一年級(jí)學(xué)生進(jìn)行口腔齲病篩查,將第一恒磨牙符合窩溝封閉適應(yīng)證的學(xué)生分為兩組,分別采用醫(yī)院-學(xué)校模式,在學(xué)校醫(yī)務(wù)室接受治療;醫(yī)院-學(xué)校-家長(zhǎng)的模式,由家長(zhǎng)自行帶孩子到醫(yī)院口腔科治療。并且均由口腔專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行窩溝封閉實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:在學(xué)校醫(yī)務(wù)室接受治療的兒童合作率、就診率高,3年后窩溝齲的發(fā)病率明顯降低。結(jié)論:以專業(yè)口腔醫(yī)師為主體,學(xué)校醫(yī)務(wù)室為基地的醫(yī)校互動(dòng)的齲病預(yù)防模式,能大大降低齲病的發(fā)病率,能為適齡兒童提供長(zhǎng)效、專業(yè)的口腔預(yù)防模式,效果肯定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the prevention model of dental caries in children of school age. Methods: the first grade students in a primary school in Shajing Street of Shenzhen City were selected for dental caries screening. The first permanent molars were divided into two groups. Hospital-school-parent model, parents take their own children to hospital stomatology treatment. And all of them were done pit and fissure sealing experiment by oral professionals. Results: the cooperation rate of children treated in the school infirmary was high, and the incidence of caries was decreased 3 years later. Conclusion: the model of dental caries prevention, which is based on the professional stomatologist and the hospital clinic, can greatly reduce the incidence of dental caries, and provide a long-term and professional oral prevention model for the children of the right age. The effect is positive.
