【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估種植體失敗位點(diǎn)再種植修復(fù)治療的臨床效果及其影響因素。方法:選擇2005年1月—2011年12月間就診的失敗位點(diǎn)再種植的患者共12例(15顆種植體),統(tǒng)計(jì)再植人種植體的存留情況,收集并分析影響再植入種植體存留相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素的臨床資料。采用SPSS13.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:首次失敗位點(diǎn)再植入的種植體存留率為100%[(33.5±15.4)個(gè)月]。再種植時(shí)選擇的平均種植體直徑為(4.5±0.6)mm,大于首次種植時(shí)的(4.1±0.7)mm(P0.05)。首次植入種植體的平均存留時(shí)間為(12.9±15.9)個(gè)月,從種植體脫落到再種植的平均間隔時(shí)間為(6.8±4.4)個(gè)月�；颊咦陨硪蛩�、種植體因素以及手術(shù)、修復(fù)治療因素并未對(duì)失敗位點(diǎn)再植入種植體的存留產(chǎn)生影響。結(jié)論:種植失敗位點(diǎn)可考慮再種植治療的修復(fù)方案,種植醫(yī)師對(duì)取得滿意的種植體存留率應(yīng)具有足夠信心。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect and influencing factors of implant failure site replantation. Methods: from January 2005 to December 2011, 12 patients (15 implants) with failed sites were selected, and the survival of the implants was analyzed. To collect and analyze the clinical data of the risk factors affecting the survival of the implant. The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software package. Results: the survival rate was 100% (33.5 鹵15.4 months). The mean implant diameter was (4.5 鹵0.6) mm at the time of replanting, which was larger than that at the first implantation (4.1 鹵0.7) mm (, P0.05). The mean survival time of the first implant was (12.9 鹵15.9) months, and the average interval between implant falling off and replanting was (6.8 鹵4.4) months. Patients' own factors, implant factors, surgery, repair treatment factors did not affect the survival of the failed site implant. Conclusion: the implant failure site can be considered for the restoration of reimplantation therapy. Implants should have sufficient confidence in obtaining satisfactory implant survival rate.
