【摘要】：目的:研究3種不同臨床設(shè)計(jì)ERA附著體義齒修復(fù)下頜遠(yuǎn)中游離端缺損的應(yīng)力及位移分布。方法:建立ERA附著體義齒修復(fù)下頜遠(yuǎn)中游離端缺損的三維有限元模型,根據(jù)臨床設(shè)計(jì)分為基本組、支托組和跨弓組。應(yīng)用有限元法研究在垂直及45°斜向2種載荷方向100 N的作用下,基牙及基托下黏膜的應(yīng)力和位移以及基托的位移情況。結(jié)果:2種載荷下3組模型均在遠(yuǎn)中基牙遠(yuǎn)中鄰面肩臺出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力集中,遠(yuǎn)中基牙預(yù)備體咬合面位移最大,支托組基牙位移最大,分別為14.91μm和63.09μ.m,其次為基本組(9.38μm和50.56μm),跨弓組最小(8.85μm和47.31μm)。結(jié)論:在本研究條件下,為遠(yuǎn)中游離端牙列缺損設(shè)計(jì)基本的ERA附著體義齒更趨于合理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the stress and displacement distribution of three different clinical designs of ERA attachment denture for the repair of mandibular distal free end defect. Methods: three dimensional finite element model of ERA attachment denture was established to repair mandibular distal free end defect. According to the clinical design, it was divided into basic group, branch group and cross arch group. The stress and displacement of abutment and base mucosa and the displacement of base were studied by using finite element method under the action of 100 N in vertical and 45 擄oblique directions. Results under two kinds of loads, the stress concentration appeared in the shoulder table of distal abutment, the displacement of occlusal surface of distal abutment was the largest, and the displacement of abutment in branch group was the largest. They were 14.91 渭 m and 63.09 渭 路m, followed by the basic group (9.38 渭 m and 50.56 渭 m), which were the smallest (8.85 渭 m and 47.31 渭 m). Conclusion: in this study, the design of basic ERA attachment denture for distal free end dentition defect is more reasonable.
