【摘要】：隨著人類預期壽命的增加和社會老齡化,殘障人必將有所增加。大多數(shù)的殘障人口腔疾病患病率高、治療率低,對殘障人的口腔疾病治療需要花費更多的時間與溝通,治療程序也更為復雜,國內(nèi)外都少有專注殘障人口腔醫(yī)療的專門機構(gòu),對殘障人的口腔治療技術(shù)也沒有固定的原則與規(guī)范可尋。本文就殘障人口腔疾病患病情況,臨床治療特點,治療前的準備與醫(yī)患溝通,口腔疾病治療影響因素評估,治療規(guī)范與原則進行全面分析,針對不同種類的殘障人,提出在口腔疾病治療中的特殊需求和注意事項等針對性的處理原則
[Abstract]:With the increase of life expectancy and the aging of society, the disabled will increase. The majority of people with disabilities have a high prevalence of oral diseases and a low rate of treatment. It takes more time and communication to treat oral diseases of disabled people, and the procedures of treatment are more complicated. There are few specialized institutions specializing in oral medicine for disabled people at home and abroad. There are no fixed principles and norms for oral treatment of the disabled. This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the prevalence of oral diseases, clinical characteristics, preparation for treatment, communication with doctors and patients, evaluation of factors affecting the treatment of oral diseases, treatment norms and principles, and aims at different types of disabled people. The specific needs and precautions in the treatment of oral diseases are put forward.
