【摘要】：目的:對云南省15個(gè)特有少數(shù)民族1~6歲兒童乳牙齲病進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,為邊疆農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)口腔衛(wèi)生保健工作提供參考。方法:采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣和典型調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,調(diào)查云南省10個(gè)州市15個(gè)特有少數(shù)民族1~6歲兒童乳牙齲病現(xiàn)狀和體格發(fā)育情況,對其患齲率、齲均等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:15個(gè)民族1~6歲兒童總患齲率29.6%,齲均1.68;不同民族中,傈僳族的乳牙患齲率最高(50.3%),其次為普米族(48.3%),拉祜族最低(13.4%);不同地區(qū)以玉溪市最高(56.1%),普洱市最低(13.4%)。結(jié)論:兒童乳牙患齲率在不同地區(qū)、不同民族中各不相同,與年齡、兒童營養(yǎng)狀況、生長發(fā)育、民族、飲食習(xí)慣、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平有關(guān),患齲率隨年齡增長而上升,3~4歲是兒童預(yù)防齲齒的重要階段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of deciduous dental caries in 15 endemic minority children of 6 years old in Yunnan province, and to provide reference for oral health care in rural poor areas. Methods: by using the method of cluster random sampling and typical investigation, the present situation and physical development of primary teeth caries of 15 endemic minority children aged 1 to 6 years old in 10 cities of Yunnan Province were investigated, and the caries rate and caries equalization were statistically analyzed. Results: the total caries rate of children aged 1 to 6 years in 15 nationalities was 29.6, with a caries average of 1.68.The primary teeth caries rate of Lisu nationality was the highest (50.3%), followed by Pumi nationality (48.3%), Lahu nationality (13.4%), Yuxi city (56.1%) and Pu'er city (13.4%). Conclusion: the prevalence of caries in children's deciduous teeth is different in different regions and ethnic groups. It is related to age, nutritional status, growth and development of children, nationality, eating habits and the level of regional economic development. The incidence of dental caries increases with age. 3 ~ 4 years old is an important stage to prevent dental caries in children.
