正畸治療前焦慮、抑郁水平與完美主義傾向的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的:探討正畸患者治療前的焦慮、抑郁水平和完美主義傾向之間的關(guān)系。方法 :采用修改版Corah牙科焦慮量表(MDAS)、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)、中文版《Frost多維度完美主義心理量表》(CFMPS)對(duì)170例口腔正畸初診患者進(jìn)行測(cè)試,采用SPSS16.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、相關(guān)分析和多元逐步回歸分析。結(jié)果:明顯患有牙科焦慮癥(MDAS得分≥11)的患者42例,占24.71%,在SAS、SDS得分上均顯著高于無(wú)明顯牙科焦慮癥組(MDAS得分11)(P0.01);在CFMPS的擔(dān)心錯(cuò)誤(CM)、個(gè)人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(PS)、行動(dòng)的疑慮(DA)和條理性(OR)4個(gè)維度上與無(wú)明顯牙科焦慮癥組存在顯著差異(P0.05)。牙科焦慮癥患者在CM、PS、DA與SAS和SDS得分之間均呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01);OR與SDS得分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);回歸分析顯示,CFMPS的CM、OR維度得分以及年齡對(duì)SAS和SDS得分均具有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)論:正畸治療前牙科焦慮癥患者的焦慮和抑郁水平較高,且與其完美主義傾向之間具有顯著相關(guān)性。針對(duì)牙科焦慮癥的早期干預(yù),應(yīng)結(jié)合患者的年齡和不同完美主義個(gè)性特征而區(qū)別對(duì)待。
