氫氧化鈣表面粘接處理對(duì)其壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:目的:比較化學(xué)固化氫氧化鈣(Dycal)和光固化氫氧化鈣(Calcimol LC)表面粘接處理后對(duì)其壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響。方法:制備實(shí)驗(yàn)試件32個(gè),分4組(n=8):A組為Dycal組;B組為Calcimol LC組;C組為粘接處理的Dycal組;D組為粘接處理的Calcimol LC組。采用德國(guó)Zwick電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)各個(gè)試件進(jìn)行壓縮強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:A、B、C、D組的平均壓縮強(qiáng)度值分別為(110.48±19.9)、(162.6±7.8)、(136.8±17.2)和(223±31.1)MPa。D組壓縮強(qiáng)度值高于其他3組(P0.05),B組的壓縮強(qiáng)度值高于A組(P0.05),其他組間無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論:光固化氫氧化鈣的壓縮強(qiáng)度高于化學(xué)固化氫氧化鈣,光固化氫氧化鈣表面粘接處理后,提高了充填體的壓縮強(qiáng)度,而化學(xué)固化氫氧化鈣表面粘接處理對(duì)其壓縮強(qiáng)度沒(méi)有影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the effect of chemically cured calcium hydroxide (Dycal) and photocurable calcium hydroxide (Calcimol LC) on compressive strength. Methods: Thirty-two specimens were prepared and divided into 4 groups (n = 8): group A: Dycal, Group B, Calcimol LC, Group C, Dycal, Group D, Adhesion treated, Group D, Group C, Adhesion treated Calcimol LC. The compression strength of each specimen was tested by Zwick universal testing machine in Germany. Results the average compressive strength of group D was (110.48 鹵19.9), (鹵7.8), (鹵17.2) and (223 鹵31.1) MPa.D was higher than that of group A (P0.05). There was no significant difference between other groups. Conclusion: the compressive strength of photocurable calcium hydroxide is higher than that of chemically solidified calcium hydroxide. However, the surface bonding treatment of chemically solidified calcium hydroxide has no effect on the compressive strength of calcium hydroxide.
