Nrf2、HO-1在口腔鱗癌組織中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義

【摘要】：目的:探討在口腔鱗癌(Oral squamous cell carcinomas,OSCC)的發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中核因子E2/相關(guān)因子2(Nuclear related factor-E2-factor,Nrf2)、HO-1(Heme oxygenase-1)可能存在的作用。方法:采用超敏免疫組化法Super Vision(SV)檢測(cè)Nrf2、HO-1在23例癌旁正常組織和54例口腔鱗癌組織中的表達(dá)情況,并討論兩者表達(dá)是否具有相關(guān)性以及與口腔鱗癌患者的不同臨床病理因素之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:在OSCC組織中Nrf2、HO-1的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率較癌旁正常組織高(P0.05);Nrf2、HO-1的陽(yáng)性率與OSCC組織的性別,年齡,TNM分期,pT分期,部位,吸煙指數(shù)無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05),Nrf2的陽(yáng)性率與組織學(xué)分化程度,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移不相關(guān)(P0.05);HO-1的陽(yáng)性率與組織學(xué)分化程度,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)(P0.05);Nrf2、HO-1在OSCC組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率呈正相關(guān)(r=0.295,P=0.032)。結(jié)論:Nrf2、HO-1對(duì)OSCC的發(fā)生發(fā)展有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of nuclear factor E2 / (Nuclear related factor-E2-factor-Nrf2 (Heme oxygenase-1) in the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma (Oral squamous cell). Methods: the expression of Nrf2nHO-1 in 23 cases of adjacent normal tissues and 54 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) was detected by Super Vision (SV). The relationship between the two expressions and different clinicopathological factors in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) was discussed. Results: the positive rate of Nrf2HO-1 in OSCC tissues was higher than that in normal tissues adjacent to cancer (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between the positive rate of Nrf2HO-1 and sex of OSCC tissues, age / age TNM staging, location, smoking index (P0.05) and histological differentiation. The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was not correlated with histological differentiation (P0.05) and the positive rate of Nrf2HO-1 in OSCC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 0.05). Conclusion it is important for the occurrence and development of OSCC.
