【摘要】：目的探討齦溝液中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)含量的變化與慢性牙周炎病情的關(guān)系。方法選取56例慢性牙周炎為研究對(duì)象及合適位點(diǎn),在牙周基礎(chǔ)治療前后分別測(cè)定患牙牙周臨床指標(biāo)及齦溝液MMP--8含量,并分析其與牙周臨床指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果慢性牙周炎基礎(chǔ)治療后PD、GI均有改善,伴隨著炎癥的減輕與控制,MMP-8的含量也明顯降低(P0.01);治療前齦溝液中MMP-8含量與PD之間呈顯著性正相關(guān)(P0.05),與AL、GI、ABL之間均呈非常顯著性正相關(guān)(P0.01);治療后齦溝液中MMP-8含量與PD、AL、ABL之間均呈顯著性正相關(guān)(P0.05),與GI之間呈非常顯著性相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論 MMP-8參與了牙周組織破壞的病理過(guò)程,其含量的變化與牙周臨床指標(biāo)的變化一致,檢測(cè)MMP-8含量有助于牙周炎的診斷,可以判斷牙周炎的嚴(yán)重程度、進(jìn)展及恢復(fù)情況,也可以作為監(jiān)測(cè)牙周炎治療效果的一種手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the changes of matrix metalloproteinase-8 (MMP-8) in gingival crevicular fluid and chronic periodontitis. Methods 56 cases of chronic periodontitis were selected as the study object and suitable site. The clinical indexes of periodontal and the content of MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid were measured before and after basic periodontal treatment, and the correlation between MMP-8 and periodontal clinical indexes was analyzed. Results PDGI was improved after basic treatment of chronic periodontitis. The content of MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid was positively correlated with PD before treatment (P0.05) and was positively correlated with ALGIABL (P0.01), and the content of MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid was positively correlated with PDALABL after treatment (P0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between the two groups (P0.05) and a very significant correlation with GI (P0.01). Conclusion MMP-8 is involved in the pathological process of periodontal tissue destruction, and the change of MMP-8 content is consistent with the change of periodontal clinical indexes. The detection of MMP-8 content is helpful to the diagnosis of periodontitis and can be used to judge the severity, progress and recovery of periodontitis. It can also be used as a means to monitor the therapeutic effect of periodontitis.
