【摘要】：目的比較兩種不同原理潔牙機的潔治效率以及患者術中、術后牙齒敏感情況,探討兩種超聲潔牙機能否有效地減輕潔治過程中牙齒的敏感癥狀,縮短牙齒敏感癥狀持續(xù)時間。方法采用自身對照、隨機單盲方法,對154例牙齦炎患者使用磁致伸縮式超聲潔牙機及壓電陶瓷式超聲潔牙機進行潔治,對同一患者左右側牙采用不同超聲潔牙機進行對比潔治,檢測菌斑指數,比較潔治時間,并使用視覺模擬量表(VAS)測量患者在術中的牙齒敏感程度以及術后敏感持續(xù)時間。結果兩組在潔治術前(P=0.186)與潔治術后組間菌斑指數(PI)比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.217),但兩組分別在潔治前、后PI比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.020,P=0.015)。磁致伸縮式與壓電陶瓷式超聲潔牙機所需的潔牙時間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.802)。磁致伸縮式超聲潔牙機在潔治過程中給患者帶來的牙齒敏感癥狀要明顯輕于壓電陶瓷式,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.014)。磁致伸縮式超聲潔牙機在潔牙術后患者牙齒敏感持續(xù)時間短于壓電陶瓷式,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.042)。結論兩種超聲潔牙機均能較快較好地進行潔治工作,使用磁致伸縮式超聲潔牙機進行潔治能有效地減輕潔治過程中牙齒的敏感癥狀,減少牙齒敏感癥狀持續(xù)時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the cleaning efficiency of the two different principles of the cleaning machine and the sensitivity of the patients during the operation, and to explore whether the two kinds of ultrasonic cleaning machines can effectively reduce the sensitive symptoms of the teeth and shorten the duration of the tooth sensitive symptoms. Methods a self control, random single blind method was used in 154 patients with gingivitis. The telescopic ultrasonic cleaning machine and the piezoceramic ultrasonic cleaning machine were used to clean and treat the same patient's left and right teeth with different ultrasonic cleaning machines, detect the plaque index, compare the cleaning time, and use the visual analogue scale (VAS) to measure the patient's tooth sensitivity and the postoperative sensitive duration. Results two There was no significant difference in the plaque index (PI) between groups before and after cleaning (P=0.186) and after cleaning (P=0.217), but there were statistically significant differences between the two groups before cleaning and after PI (P=0.020, P=0.015). There was no statistical difference between the magnetostrictive and the piezoceramic ultrasonic cleaning machine (P=0.802). In the process of cleaning, the sensitive symptoms of the telescopic ultrasonic cleaning machine should be significantly lighter than the piezoelectric ceramic. The difference has statistical significance (P=0.014). The sensitivity of the patient's tooth sensitivity is shorter than the piezoceramic type, and the difference is statistically significant (P=0.042). Conclusion two kinds of ultrasonic cleaning teeth are found. The machine can perform cleaning faster and better, and the use of magnetostrictive ultrasonic cleaning machine can effectively reduce the sensitive symptoms of teeth in the cleaning process and reduce the duration of dental sensitive symptoms.
