基于有限元分區(qū)式多孔種植體設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:目的:根據(jù)現(xiàn)有普通種植體的幾何參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)分區(qū)式多孔結(jié)構(gòu)種植體進(jìn)行拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化,并通過(guò)有限元方法分析有無(wú)多孔、不同孔形以及不同位置的種植體在下頜骨模型中的應(yīng)力分布,比較其優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。方法:通過(guò)"六維齒科牙種植設(shè)計(jì)軟件"確定幾何參數(shù)并UG建模;在有限元軟件中模擬咬合力加載,分析4種種植體在最大力、適合力下的應(yīng)力分布。結(jié)果:4種不同種植體的應(yīng)力分布有較大差異,正菱形交錯(cuò)排布多孔種植體應(yīng)力分布明顯小于其它3組。結(jié)論:對(duì)于種植體修復(fù),合適的多孔結(jié)構(gòu)種植體在力學(xué)性能上比現(xiàn)有的普通實(shí)心種植體更具優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: according to the geometric parameters of the existing ordinary implants, we designed the segmented porous implants for topology optimization, and analyzed whether there were holes in the implants by finite element method. The stress distribution of implants with different foramen and different positions in mandibular model was compared. Methods: the geometric parameters were determined by the "six dimensional dental implant design software" and the UG model was established, and the stress distribution of the four implants under the most powerful and suitable force was analyzed by simulating the bite force loading in the finite element software. Results the stress distribution of the four different implants was different, and the stress distribution of the normal rhombic interlaced porous implants was obviously smaller than that of the other three groups. Conclusion: suitable porous implants have better mechanical properties than existing solid implants.
