【摘要】：目的： 通過對拔牙組和非拔牙組恒牙期安氏Ⅰ類錯合畸形患者矯治前后的模型進行測量,分析拔牙組和非拔牙組病例治療前后牙弓寬度的變化意義。方法： 隨機選擇安氏Ⅰ類恒牙合患者40名,其中20人接受了拔牙治療,均拔除4個第一前磨牙,20人接受了非拔牙治療,分別在治療前后的上下頜模型上第一磨牙近中頰尖點、尖牙牙尖點做標記,測量磨牙和尖牙間的牙弓寬度,進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果： 拔牙組矯治前后比較上下頜尖牙間寬度均增加,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05) 非拔牙組矯治前后上頜第一磨牙間寬度增加,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)；非拔牙組矯治前后上下頜尖牙間寬度、下頜第一磨牙間寬度變化無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。 拔牙組與非拔牙組矯治前后牙弓寬度差值的變化無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論： 與非拔牙矯治相比,拔牙矯治并不會引起牙弓的縮窄。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes of dental arch width before and after treatment in permanent teeth group and non-extraction group by measuring the models of class I malocclusion in permanent teeth of extraction group and non-extraction group before and after orthodontic treatment. Methods: forty patients with Class I permanent teeth were randomly selected, 20 of them were treated with extraction, and 20 of them were treated with non-extraction for the removal of 4 first premolars. The first molar proximal buccal cusp and canine cusp were labeled before and after treatment to measure the width of dental arch between molars and canines. Results: the width of maxillary first molar increased in the extraction group before and after orthodontic treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the width of maxillary canine and mandibular first molar before and after treatment in non-extraction group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in arch width between extraction group and non-extraction group before and after orthodontic treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: compared with non-extraction orthodontics, extraction treatment does not cause constriction of dental arch.
