【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用免疫組化法檢測口腔鱗癌中胰腺癌第4座位缺失(DPC4)基因和轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子(TGF)-β1的表達(dá),分析其與KI67增殖指數(shù)的關(guān)系。方法 46例口腔鱗癌術(shù)后蠟塊組織及臨床資料為觀察組,腫瘤周圍非腫瘤性牙齦鱗狀上皮組織18例為對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法檢測兩組中DPC4、TGF-β1和KI67的表達(dá)。結(jié)果兩組中DPC4、TGF-β1和KI67表達(dá)的陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。觀察組中DPC4、TGF-β1和KI67的表達(dá)均與腫瘤的最大徑、有無壞死和分化程度密切相關(guān)。相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組中DPC4與TGF-β1、DPC4與KI67呈負(fù)相關(guān),TGF-β1與KI67呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論口腔鱗癌術(shù)后組織中DPC4低表達(dá)、TGF-β1和KI67高表達(dá)對(duì)病變的形成和進(jìn)展有一定作用。DPC4與TGF-β1具有負(fù)向協(xié)同作用,可能與對(duì)KI67標(biāo)記的增殖有明顯調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of DPC4 gene and transforming growth factor-尾 1 (TGF-尾 1) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and to analyze the relationship between DPC4 and KI67 proliferation index. Methods the paraffin tissue and clinical data of 46 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma were observed and 18 cases of non-tumor gingival squamous epithelium around the tumor were used as control group. The expression of DPC4, TGF- 尾 1 and KI67 in the two groups was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results the positive rates of DPC4 TGF- 尾 1 and KI67 were significantly different between the two groups. The expression of TGF- 尾 1 and KI67 in the observation group was closely related to the maximum diameter of tumor, necrosis and differentiation. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between DPC4 and TGF- 尾 1, DPC4 and KI67, and a positive correlation between TGF- 尾 1 and KI67. Conclusion the low expression of DPC4 and high expression of KI67 may play a role in the formation and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma. DPC4 and TGF- 尾 1 have a negative synergistic effect on the formation and progression of the lesions. DPC4 and TGF- 尾 1 may play an important role in regulating the proliferation of KI67 markers.
