【摘要】：通過(guò)免疫組化(SP法)技術(shù)檢測(cè)54例口腔癌中E-cadherin、Vimentin及TGF-β1的表達(dá),結(jié)果顯示E-cadherin、Vimentin及TGF-β1表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率分別為55.6%、33.33%、59.3%,與正�？谇火つは啾炔町愑酗@著性(P0.05);TGF-β1表達(dá)不僅與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān),且與Vimentin表達(dá)呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系�？谇话┛赏ㄟ^(guò)上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化EMT促進(jìn)侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移,TGF-β1促進(jìn)EMT進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The expression of Vimentin and TGF- 尾 1 in 54 cases of oral carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). The results showed that the positive rates of E-cadherinon vimentin and TGF- 尾 1 were 55.6% and 33.3333% respectively. The expression of TGF- 尾 1 was not only closely related to lymph node metastasis, but also significantly different from that of normal oral mucosa. There was a significant positive correlation between Vimentin expression and Vimentin expression. Oral carcinoma can promote invasion and metastasis by transforming EMT into epithelium. TGF- 尾 1 can promote EMT process.
