【摘要】：目的：觀察Canals與Endomethasone根管充填劑在一次性根管治療術(shù)后的急性反應(yīng)及近期的療效。 方法：門診就診的需要做根管治療的38例患牙隨機分為Canals根管充填劑(19例患牙)與Endomethasone根管充填劑(19例患牙)。逐步后退法根管預(yù)備后，兩組分別用Canals根管充填劑與Endomethasone根管充填劑用于一次性根管充填。觀察兩組患牙在術(shù)后1周內(nèi)的急性反應(yīng)及術(shù)后3個月、6個月的短期療效。 結(jié)果：在術(shù)后1周內(nèi)的急性反應(yīng)中Canals組比Endomethasone組略高。在術(shù)后3個月、6個月的復(fù)診中Canals組與Endomethasone組成功率并無明顯的差異 結(jié)論：在短期實驗中Canals組與Endomethasone組成功率并無明顯的差異，，原因可能是病例數(shù)較少的因素，為了進一步得到更加準確的結(jié)果，在往后的實驗中需增加加入患牙數(shù)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of canals and Endomethasone root canal filling on the acute reaction after one-time root canal therapy. Methods: Thirty-eight patients who needed root canal therapy were randomly divided into Canals root canal filling (19 cases) and endomethasone (19 cases). Two groups were treated with Canals root canal filling and endomethasone root canal filling respectively. The acute reaction of the two groups was observed within 1 week after operation and the short-term curative effect of 3 months and 6 months after operation. Results: the acute reaction in Canals group was slightly higher than that in Endomethasone group 1 week after operation. There was no significant difference in success rate between Canals group and Endomethasone group at 3 months and 6 months after operation. There was no significant difference in success rate between Canals group and Endomethasone group in short-term trial, which may be due to the small number of cases. In order to obtain more accurate results, the number of affected teeth should be increased in future experiments.
