【摘要】：目的探討檸檬提取物漱口液在兒童牙菌斑中的應用效果。方法選取2011年3月—2013年3月在天津市兒童醫(yī)院口腔科門診和病房就診的齲齒病患兒120例,按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為A、B、C 3組,每組40例。A組給予檸檬提取物漱口液漱口,B組給予復方醋酸氯己定漱口水漱口,C組給予康師傅純凈水漱口。記錄3組患兒治療前及治療后1、2、3周時牙菌斑指數(shù)(PI)及治療相關不良反應。結果 3組患兒治療前及治療后1、2、3周時PI比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F時間=21.670,F組間=3.430,F交互=7.329;P時間=0.001,P組間=0.036,P交互=0.001),其中治療后1、2、3周時A、B組PI均低于C組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),A、B兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。A組和B組患兒治療后PI呈下降趨勢,C組治療后1周時降低后逐漸升高。3組患兒不良反應發(fā)生率(A組2/40,B組3/40,C組0/40)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=2.922,P=0.232)。結論檸檬提取物漱口液與復方醋酸氯己定漱口液效果相當,對兒童牙菌斑有抑制和治療作用,安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of lemon extract gargle on dental plaque in children. Methods from March 2011 to March 2013, 120 cases of dental caries were selected from outpatient and ward departments of Department of Stomatology, Tianjin Children's Hospital. Each group of 40 cases. Group A was given lemon extract gargle. Group B was given compound chlorhexidine acetate mouthwash and group C was given pure water. Dental plaque index (Pi) and treatment related adverse reactions were recorded before treatment and 1 ~ 2 weeks after treatment. Results there was a significant difference in Pi between the 3 groups before treatment and at 1: 2 and 3 weeks after treatment (F time: 21.670) (F time: 3.430U / F = 7.329P / P = 0.001P). The Pi of group AB was significantly lower than that of group C (P = 0.036) at the end of 23 weeks after treatment, and the Pi of group A was lower than that of group C at the end of 23 weeks after treatment (P < 0.05), and the Pi of group A was significantly lower than that of group C (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between group A (P0.05) and group B (P 0.05). The Pi of group A and group B showed a decreasing trend after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions in group C increased gradually after 1 week of treatment (group A, 2 / 40, group B, 3 / 40), and the incidence of adverse reactions in group C (group A, 2 / 40, group B, 3 / 40, group C, 0 / 40), was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.05). The difference was not statistically significant (蠂 2 = 2.922 P = 0.232). Conclusion Lemon extract gargle has the same effect as compound chlorhexidine acetate gargle, and it can inhibit and treat dental plaque in children.
