【摘要】：工業(yè)發(fā)展和軟件的開發(fā)使三維數(shù)字化技術(shù)逐漸應(yīng)用于口腔正畸學(xué)領(lǐng)域。牙列、氣道、下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)等多方面都可以通過建模實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化,并用于協(xié)助臨床診療。牙頜是正畸醫(yī)生關(guān)注的中心,模型獲取方式由傳統(tǒng)石膏向數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)變。通過不同方法采集數(shù)據(jù)重建模型,應(yīng)用于正畸治療的分析診斷、排牙實(shí)驗(yàn)、輔助設(shè)計(jì)個(gè)性化托槽和隱形矯治器。將正畸逐步發(fā)展成為數(shù)字化分析、診斷和治療的全新模式,提高患者的治療效果。本文就數(shù)字化在口腔正畸中的應(yīng)用作一綜述。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry and software, 3D digital technology has been applied to orthodontics. Dentition, airway and mandibular movement can be digitized by modeling and can be used to assist clinical diagnosis and treatment. Dentistry is the center of orthodontic attention, and the mode of model acquisition has changed from traditional gypsum to digital. The model was collected and reconstructed by different methods. It was used in orthodontic treatment analysis and diagnosis, tooth arrangement experiment, and aided design of individualized brackets and invisible orthodontics. The orthodontics will be gradually developed into a digital analysis, diagnosis and treatment of a new model to improve the treatment of patients. This article reviews the application of digitization in orthodontics.
