【摘要】：目的探究玻璃纖維樁與金屬樁在口腔殘根修復(fù)中的效果差異。方法選取我院2015年3月~2016年3月收治的80例口腔殘根患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組各40例。對照組采用金屬樁修復(fù)方法治療,觀察組采用玻璃纖維樁修復(fù)方法治療,兩組患者均進(jìn)行烤瓷全冠修復(fù)。比較兩組患者修復(fù)效果、失敗原因及患牙健康指數(shù)比較。結(jié)果經(jīng)修復(fù)后,觀察組患者成功45顆,成功率90%,對照組患者成功34顆,成功率75.56%,觀察組患者成功率明顯高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者牙齦炎、牙齦邊緣變色、牙根折裂、樁核折斷、樁核松動或脫落、全冠松動或脫落的發(fā)生率均明顯低于對照組(P0.05);經(jīng)修復(fù)后,兩組患者牙齦指數(shù)(GI)及出血指數(shù)(SBI)均明顯低于修復(fù)前(P0.05),且觀察組明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論對口腔殘根患者采用玻璃纖維樁修復(fù)樁核療效顯著,成功率高,有助于改善患牙健康指數(shù),促進(jìn)早日恢復(fù)咀嚼功能,值得推廣采用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference between glass fiber post and metal post in the restoration of residual root of oral cavity. Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 80 patients with oral residual root were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The control group was treated with metal post and the observation group with glass fiber post. The results of restoration, causes of failure and tooth health index were compared between the two groups. Results after repair, 45 patients were successful in the observation group, 90 in the control group, 34 in the control group, and 75.56 in the control group, the success rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), gingivitis, gingival edge discoloration, root fracture, post and core fracture in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of loosening or falling of pile core and whole crown loosening or falling off were significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05); after restoration, the gingival index (GI) and bleeding index (SBI) of the two groups were significantly lower than those before repair (P0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the use of glass fiber post to repair the post and core in patients with residual root of oral cavity is effective and has a high success rate. It is helpful to improve the health index of the affected teeth and to promote the early recovery of masticatory function, which is worth popularizing.
