【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估聚乳酸/羥基磷灰石(PLA/HA)復(fù)合物的體外降解性。方法:本實(shí)驗(yàn)參照我國醫(yī)療器械生物學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將PLA/HA和PLA兩種材料分別浸泡到磷酸鹽緩沖液(PBS液)和蒸餾水中,分別在不同的時(shí)間點(diǎn)對(duì)試件進(jìn)行一系列體外實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)PLA/HA的體外降解性。結(jié)果:肉眼觀察試件顏色逐漸變白且出現(xiàn)微裂紋;SEM顯示:隨降解時(shí)間延長,HA顆粒逐漸變小,PLA出現(xiàn)孔隙且大小不一;PLA/HA和PLA分子量逐漸較小;彈性模量和彎曲強(qiáng)度均有所衰減;PLA/HA和PLA中降解液的pH值均逐漸降低,且PLA比PLA/HA要下降的快。結(jié)論:PLA/HA具有一定的降解性能,在觀察的10個(gè)月內(nèi),其力學(xué)強(qiáng)度能夠維持乳牙的咬合力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the in vitro degradation of poly (lactic acid) / hydroxyapatite (PLA / HA) complexes. Methods: PLA / HA and PLA were immersed in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) and distilled water, respectively, according to the biological evaluation standard of medical devices in China. A series of in vitro experiments were carried out at different time points to evaluate the degradation of PLA / HA in vitro. Results: the color of the samples gradually turned white and microcracks appeared. SEM showed that with the prolongation of the degradation time the HA particles gradually became smaller and the PLA appeared pores and the molecular weight of PLA / HA and PLA gradually decreased with the increase of degradation time. Both the elastic modulus and the bending strength of PLA / HA and the pH value of the degradation solution in PLA / HA and PLA decreased gradually, and the PLA / HA decreased more rapidly than that of PLA / HA. Conclusion the fraction PLA / HA has a certain biodegradability and its mechanical strength can maintain the occlusal force of deciduous teeth within 10 months.
